TUITION POLICY SUMMARY
Parents
have three components of commitment to Catholic education at St. Vincent
School: financial commitment in the form of tuition, service commitment by
volunteering at fund-raisers, and religious commitment by attending mass and
supporting the church with their time, talent, and treasures.
Parents
of St. Vincent School students will be informed of the annual tuition rate for
each child and will be required to fill out and sign an agreement stating the
amount of tuition per family and the method of payment(s). High School students
may not register for classes if a tuition form is not returned.
It
is expected that the tuition amounts will be paid in a timely fashion according
to the method of payment selected by the family. Tuition must be paid in the
yellow tuition envelopes provided by the parish office. Families can not use
the blue Catholic Education envelopes to make their tuition payments. Tuition
payments are usually made on a nine or ten month basis. Other payment plan
options are quarterly, semi-annual and annual. All tuition payments must be
made according to the schedule plan selected by the parents and indicated on
the yellow tuition envelope. A $25.00 late fee per month will be added to
delinquent payments.
