Hope Game T-shirt Order Form

The annual SVHS vs. PHS "Hope Game" is scheduled for October 12 at the Perry Park Center. 

Funds raised will benefit the Kacey Berkbuegler Scholarship Fund, The Liam Riney Scholarship Fund, and the Pat Wibbenmeyer Scholarship Fund.

Order a "TOGETHER WE FIGHT" t-shirt today to show your support! (See attached form). The more shirts sold, the more funding each scholarship will receive!

If a student purchases a t-shirt, they may wear the shirt on October 12, the day of the Hope Game. 

Funds and order forms will be collected in the St. Vincent Elementary or High School Office until October 5. Please make checks payable to Hayden Creative.
